The year-long project comprises of refurbishment and upgrades across three floors, including the creation of a new ticket office, reception, café, and remodelled WC facilities on the Lower Ground Floor, alterations to form a new Interval Bar, updated WC areas, tea point, storage, and stage works on the Ground Floor, and refurbishment of theatre seating and fire escape doors on the First Floor. External works provided improved level access, new handrails, gate refurbishment, and upgraded fire escape routes. The mechanical and electrical package included isolations, mains distribution, containment, lighting and emergency lighting, small power, refuge and WC alarms, intruder alarm, CCTV, door access, fire alarm systems, data installation, AV support for Alexandra Hall, mechanical power supplies, and full testing and commissioning.
