On this prestigious project, BAM Construction awarded Preston Electrical to undertake all electrical works to the new Daphne Steele building in Huddersfield. Our scope of works included the following – new distribution boards, sub-mains, containment and bus-bar containment, general power, lighting, emergency lighting, external perimeter lighting and test & commissioning.

Our areas of work on this prestigious project were on the Sunderland existing Railway Station and the new 2 story extension block. Our works consisted of new electrical supplies, submains, main panel board, and sub-distribution boards, containment, small power, lighting and emergency lighting complete with lighting controls, disabled refuge and toilet alarms, induction loop, test and commissioning.

We have now successfully and proud to have completed phase 1 of our electrical alteration works to Kirkgate Market.

Our work on this project consisted of the design, supply and installation of 35 number lighting columns and fittings to the car park areas, new landlords’ distribution, petrol interceptor supplies, pumping station supplies, EV charger supplies, lightning protection to retail units and electrical test and inspection.

Preston Electrical have just completed phase 3 of the electrical rewire to Ashbrow Primary  in Huddersfield, the works were completed during the schools six weeks holidays. Supply & install a new supply cable from the Trust HQ Sub-station to block 45 which included containment, builders works i.e. trenches, test & inspection and some works to be completed out of hours.

The spa villa apartments comprise of 3 No blocks, each four storeys high, having an overall total of 38no. dwellings over the 3 blocks including landlord communal areas.

We have just complete electrical works to 6no new housing plots. The works consisted of 1st and 2nd fix of power/lighting, intruder alarm, home network system and external lighting.

On this prestigious project we completed works to the following areas, new build banqueting suite, restaurant, bar and night club, kitchen and ancillary areas. Our electrical works on this project consisted of design, containment, power, lighting & intelligent lighting, data, fire alarm, cctv, access control, Porsche electrical vehicle charging points and external lighting.

We completed the electrical works to 50 care bedrooms and 64 apartment plus a communal canteen/kitchen with a hair & beauty salon. Our electrical works included design, mains, small power, lighting, data, tv, fire alarm, access control, cctv, external lighting solar pv and car point.

Electrical works to a new build commercial warehouse & service yard for a transport and fulfilment company. Our works consisted of new internal & external LED lighting including controls, emergency lighting, extending the fire alarm system, lightning protection, 2 number single phase forklift charging points, supplies to all roller shutter doors, supplies to pumping station and petrol interceptors, supplies to external traffic light and test & commissioning.
