The spa villa apartments comprise of 3 No blocks, each four storeys high, having an overall total of 38no. dwellings over the 3 blocks including landlord communal areas. Our works consisted of the following – design, incoming electricity supplies, incoming telecom services, sub-main distribution, consumer units and distribution boards, lighting, emergency lighting, external lighting, general power, landlords fire alarms system, fire alarm within the apartments, access control system, television system, lightning protection, wiring to mechanical services, services to lifts, earthing and bonding, testing & commissioning, operating and maintenance manuals.

Double Contract Awarded

Preston Electrical are delighted to announce they have secured not one but two contracts with Triton Construction at Brighouse Market & North Huddersfield Trust School.

Welcome New Starter

Lindsey Knight joined Preston Electrical on 1st July 2024 after working in the education sector. This new appointment will complement our existing admin function and is part of our succession planning to support a phased handover for the retirement of Janine Folger in December.

Contract Awarded

We are delighted to announce that Preston Electrical have been awarded a future contract for our local Kirklees Council at Battyeford CE Primary School in Huddersfield.

PEL have been successfully delivering electrical installation schemes for the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust for many years.
